You are entitled for a full refund if upon investigation we found out that it is indeed a duplicate charge / transaction. Refund will be processed in 2-3 business days depending on the card used in the transaction. You should receive an email stating that the refund has already been processed. Please allow 2-3 banking days for the refund to appear in the card.
